主要研究内容

1、扬子鳄种群动态及栖息地演化:基于遗传数据和气候景观因素解析扬子鳄的种群动态,并结合栖息地状况,综合解析扬子鳄的种群动态产生原因。

2、鳄目动物系统与适应性进化:基于多基因和基因组数据,结合鳄目物种间形态、生理、行为等差异,解析鳄目动物的系统关系,探讨鳄目成种演化,并探讨其适应性进化。

3、特有两栖动物景观遗传学:以商城肥鲵、凹耳臭蛙、叶氏隆肛蛙等物种为主要研究对象,基于地理景观特征,解析影响两栖动物的遗传结构、种群动态的景观遗传学。
